2~4 December, 2011 Annual Conference (19th) of China Highway and Transportation Society (CHTS) was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu.  Nearly 300 members from Highway administrations, Highway construction companies, Machinery manufacturers and Road consultant institutions has attended the meeting.
